Very good entry level Japanese Santoku knife. Perfect for keen home chefs. Well balanced, pretty sharp. Comfortable, Japanese style wood handle. Well made with beautiful, layered mirror Damascus finish. 180mm Santoku is what I consider a very universal kitchen knife, Santoku or Gyutoh are great as your first step into the world of Japanese knives. VG10 doesn’t need much maintenance. Fast despatch, best price, great customer service. Fully recommended!

Great knife. Could be a bit sharper out of the box but once sharpened it is very good.
