“the quality of the sign is good and the print is sharp but i did not get the layout i wanted. i had done some changes and they where ignored. i know how this happened. they are trying to please you so much and the system ios set up to please you you get about 10 emails from different people trying to help you. now how did this happen? here it is. my image was to small..actually the resolution was not good enough and if they had printed it it would have come out blurry. so now my order was on hold and the art department contacted me via email that they need a image with a better resolution and at the same time 3 other folks from that company emailed me with the same statement. so from that moment on i knew i was doomed and as time goes on i get more and more emails from different folks again and the last one i told him David i want to change something. please do not print what you have and i send him the changed sign. well the sign looks good but the change i wanted to happen did not happen. so now i have a sign what is a good quality sign but does just not say what i wanted it to say. i will order from than again but will be a bit more aggressive in letting them know what i want and will definitely not respond to emails but will call them.”
