“Purchased 3 signs. 2 were not usable. 1 had holes off center, that would have ripped the sign down or hanging by one hole. The other had fingerprints on the sign after putting a coating or during print. I called to replace. I sent in photos. You can look at my order number. When we spoke, I also decided to upgrade those 2 signs to Aluminum. Rep stated that I would have to just get a refund for the 2 signs and order the Aluminum separately. So another shipping charge to replace the signs. When they came back there were no holes in our signs. CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT PRESENT! I am so incredibly annoyed by this company. What would have been better? To have not had me pay for shipping twice on an order they would have replaced had I just had the same 2 signs, THEN to put HOLES in the other signs.”
