“Horrible experience I ordered a sign and spent $20 on shipping and the package never arrived. I order a sign to be delivered for my first ever real estate listing and now I have to look very unprofessional selling a million-dollar house with no sign out front. For 20 dollars in shipping is ridiculous in itself but to not receive my package either is just wrong. Add on: been over a week and have not heard from the company complete scam”

“You guys forgot to put the grommets (reinforced holes) on the sign. I ordered it over the phone and that was my first question when I ordered it over the phone. I can't use the sign without the holes.”
