“We recently received our order of real estate signs, order number #80712845, but unfortunately, we're not happy with how they turned out and wanted to bring several quality issues to your attention: QR Code Quality: The QR code is extremely pixelated, particularly Brian's logo in the center, which appears very blurry and unclear. The QR does work, but the resolution is very low. Color Issues: The signs were intended to be black, but they are not printing true to color, some of the signs have a noticeable green tint. Grommet Placement: Grommet holes were placed at the bottom of the sign in a way that cuts directly through the address. When I uploaded the design, I was careful to keep all text and key elements within the designated safe area, so this was unexpected and disappointing. Protective Coating Flaw: A couple of the signs have an issue with the protective coating, it looks like an air bubble. This defect gives the surface a warped or damaged appearance.”

“I received my order (#91079211), but unfortunately, the item arrived damaged due to improper packaging. As shown in the attached pictures, the box was clearly too small, yet it was forced to ship out, resulting in the damage. While I’ve always been impressed with your printing quality, this is not the first time I’ve encountered issues caused by the packing department. I kindly urge your company to address this recurring problem seriously to ensure future orders arrive in perfect condition. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this—whether through a replacement, refund, or other corrective measures. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.”

“Great quality at a fair price! No problem with design update after placing the order. Shipping could cost somewhat less had the items been shipped as one package instead of two separate shipmens of the sign and the frame; not a big deal anyway.”
