“The signs appear to be well made and look fine. Your web interface is a little difficult to grasp at first (ie, not very "user-friendly") but once I figured out how it's set up I could navigate it reasonably well. For assistance the "chat bot" was useless. It was hard to get to a live person to discuss my questions - but once I did get to a person, the man I talked with was knowledgeable and helpful. I added a special service, drilling mounting holes in each sign. To fit my application I requested the holes to be drilled 1" from the top and 1" from the side in each corner. But when the signs came the holes are less than 1/2" from the edges. I was able to make it work (at least that was easier than returning the signs) but it would have been a lot better if my instructions had been followed. But overall I'm satisfied.”

“I ordered lime green, got aqua blue. I needed the sign by the 4th for increased traffic so have to suck it up. But it looks bad with everything else being brown and lime green here. smh. Not even close to the right color”
