“Great material and am very happy with the final product but my original order was lost in the mail. Customer service was wonderful helping me get another order out but they forgot the stakes that were supposed to come with my order. I originally bought 1-day shipping but didn't receive my full order until 2 weeks later.”

“Haven’t received it yet. It was scheduled to be delivered to our P.O. Box by ups. Their system should have denied that address but it didn’t. Now the sign is in limbo while it is redirected to a deliverable address. We are losing valuable time, and the company will not expedite the delivery.”
