“The signs turned out great and customer service was excellent. My only comment is that one of the signs is slightly larger and was difficult to fit in the frame. Additionally, when designing the sign, I did not have the option to enter my color by Hex or RGB number. I had to call customer service and request they change my design to incorporate specific colors. As I said before, customer service was more than happy to help me and was quick to respond.”

“Quick turnaround and overall nice. Not overly happy with the sign post, it doesn’t have a good way to make it strong and straight. Also, the sign printed grainy in some areas and they didn’t reach out to ask if it was a problem with my file which makes me think it may have been the printer. Overall, looks great from a distance.”

“The signs I received are unusable. Very blurry. So blurry that my QR code doesn't work off of them. When you build the sign online everything looks ok, but something must happen once they manufacture. I've sent an email to customer service with no reply yet. Normally I don't like to complain, just chalk up to live and learn, but these weren't exactly low cost, I purchased the aluminum and they cannot be used for anything since the qr doesn't work.”

“It wasn't metal it was some cheap corrigated foam. The shipping cost more than the sign and the purchase process doesn't show you the shipping cost until the end.”
