“I am slightly disappointed in the signs and frame I purchased. The post that goes into the ground to hold the frame is plain metal and crudely welded. It is not black like the online photo showed. The white frame has numerous scratches and places that are missing paint. I received a small bag with parts inside with no directions or indication of where they go or how to put them together. My signs are acceptable however I feel the guidelines when uploading the design to the site could be improved. I shrunk my design to be right on the edge of the "bleed" line however the "bleed" line is not accurate as my design does not stretch accrosss the entire area of the sign. The design uploaded does not match the colors that were printed AND there are no holes on my signs in order to hang them.”

“Customer serice on the phone is professional and helpful. But here is my issue. I supplied a vector based PDF file with a linked Photoshop PSD image (HI-REZ). The produced signs that I received are blurry with lots of overspray along object edeges. I requested holes be drilled in the TOP CORNERS and I received signs with ALL four corners drilled. Customer service is slow to respond and their seems to be NO QUAITY CONTROL going out the door… Even some colors were pixelated as if the file was converted to a LOW REZ JPEG file for production purposes. VERY UNNESSARY! I can not recommend. Buyer BEWARE!!!”
