“The coffee itself is slightly bitter and lacking in aroma. It tasted slightly stale compared with fresh filter coffee or even capsules. You have to learn how much water to use and how long to steep the coffee bag. We moved to try these after a lifetime of filter coffee. We found dealing with the grounds and washing out a cafetière getting tiresome and had come across coffee bags in hotels. Some guidance from CRU Kafe would be helpful. Maybe a note on the website.”
