“This was our favourite of the three we tried. The recycling option is very attractive. We normally order about 100 capsules per month and the price of these is competitive so we were excited. However the shipping is prohibitive - £7 for a tracked order. Since our deliveries are usually worth about £100 for 3 months we need to make sure they don’t go missing en route. (We’ve has this happen a couple of times). Royal Mail deliveries - if no one is in - go to a quite remote sorting office and makes it very inconvenient. Can we suggests that you have an order threshold where free tracked shipping kicks in? Or a subscription service where something similar happens? This would bring us back round to moving away from Nespresso. As it stands it is more economical to order Nespresso capsules and get the free recycling bags. This will save us £40-£50 a year.”
