“Coffee is good but there are still problems with the capsules. They get squashed completely and water doesn't go through very easily so there's a lot of steam coming out of the machine and only few drops of coffee. Rather frustrating.”

Hello Lily, Thanks for your feedback and I'm sorry you feel that way but please be assured all these changes are for the better! The pods have now changed to 100% recyclable aluminium which after a LOT of research we have decided is the BEST option when it comes to the environment. The same goes for our packaging. Previously you couldn't recycle the bags the pods came in, now everything that comes from us is 100% recyclable :) If you need any further information please do get back in touch!
