“I’m afraid we’ve been very disappointed with our first purchase. Most of the coffees are not strong enough and they are extremely slow. Several times we have had to remove the capsule and fit it again into our Nespresso machine. I am also disappointed to find that in order to recycle, I have to split the capsules and take out the coffee.”
