“I was really excited about this purchase and trying something different from Nespresso, but it has completely put me off. I had hoped to support a smaller independent in tough times, but unfortunately the capsules are just not the required standard to be a suitable replacement. Especially at the cost. 70% of the capsules we’ve tried have not been properly compatible with the machine and have filled the cup with murky water, instead of coffee, having failed to pierce. The ones that have worked taste weak and bitter. So we replaced after 3 days with a Nespresso order. I didn’t want to do a public review as I want every business to succeed in these challenging times, but you really shouldn’t sell something as Nespresso machine compatible, when it isn’t.”
