“I had been looking at CRU Kafe pods for a while, and decided to order the discovery pack to give them a try. The packaging is really nice and the box they come in would make a nice gift for someone. The coffee itself is really nice, but I would have liked the higher intensity blends to be a little stronger. Indian, Dark Roast and Intense Roast are my favourites (I like strong coffee). I often use two pods per drink as I like to make a latte, and found that some of the capsules don't work well when making milk-based drinks, as they are too subtle and you lose the taste.”

“Beautiful packaging and aluminium capsules, which are recyclable, so that was good start. However, I was disappointed with the coffee. All the varieties tasted the same, nothing wrong with the taste at all but nothing special either. Oh, and the capsules jammed in my machine every time. I'm pleased to have tried them but I'm afraid I won't be buying any more.”

“Really good coffee, each one has its own distinct taste and character. As good as why you get in many indie coffee shops. It’s remarkable how they can get it to taste so much better than main branded ones. Would unreservedly recommend. Yes, this is a real review and I have tried so many other brands until finding my coffee Valhalla.”

“Still in the process of enjoying each coffee , but very impressed and have tried many different types of coffee and also during bean to cup as well as Nespresso compatible. Most probably deserve 5 stars to be fair, I’m perhaps being picky as enjoy some flavours more than others but that is just personal taste ..excellent coffee and very pleased that they are recyclable . Thanks”
