“Delivery took nearly 10 days which is longer than I would expect. Capsules aren’t working for some reason- the front isn’t piercing on most and if it does we’re only getting a very small volume of coffee. See pic on capsule. Your CS team have been great though. No replies to my emails but quick on insta.”
