“We have been drinking your decaf coffee for over a year now, mostly bought from Amazon (speedy delivery and no delivery costs - even though we would prefer to buy direct). My wife especially enjoyed the decaf blend, drinking normally 3-4 cups daily. But we are now looking for an alternative. The most recent batch, bought from yourselves directly, is a thin and week apology for the previous flavourful product that you sold. Sad to say, we are looking to move on. I hope that you sort it out because we like your ethos and approach. Good luck!”
