“The signs were fine and I got them a few days before the scheduled delivery. The yard stakes I ordered still haven’t arrived. I called twice to ask about them. The first time they asked me to wait another day because the scheduled delivery date was the next day. I agreed and waited two days. I called again and no one knows what happened. You offered to send more stakes and I asked for them to be rushed. I was told you CAN’T do that! I told your representative that you CAN but you won’t! She offered to refund the money for the stakes. I need those and told her I wanted money taken off my bill and I still wanted the stakes rushed. I was told again that you CAN’T do that. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and the representative offered to take $34 off for the shipping. I knew I wasn’t going to get anywhere, so I agreed to that and then hung up. This is the second time I ordered from you. It will be the last time!”
