“Signs arrived as designed and quickly. Metal frames were received first. I was not home when the sign boxes (2) arrived. The delivery person left boxes at the bottom of a set of porch steps in the weather. It rained before I got home and both boxes were completed saturated. Unable to lift boxes without contents falling through the bottom I removed the signs a handfull at a time and stood then up to drain the water from them. Obviously, no damage to the signs as they are intended to be placed in the weather, but the delivery person should not have left the boxes in the weather. Just four steps to the protection of the porch with a roof is the location where I would expect the boxes to be placed. I did not take any photos and will not be back in town until Friday. If pictures are wanted, I kept the boxes but they are both empty and flat at this time. I did not take any photos and will not be back in town until Friday.”
