“Ups shipped to the wrong address, not even close, then there is no way to contact them to correct the issue. Their web notice says I should go check with my neighbors in case they delivered to them by mistake. Suggest you stop using them. They originally said would be delivered Monday but then sent a photo of wrong delivery on Wednesday. Maybe not your fault BUT you chose who provides the service so the customer will always blame you.”

“It did not ship in 24 hours. And I was shorted a significant amount of signs. I original thought I was short 3. However there was some miscommunication between my team and I. I am short a total of 12. With the 3 I have already notified customer service about. I'm still short 9 more. That is the equivalent of about $30. Feeling a bit ripped off. Of course I learned this after my second order. I will be counting them carefully.”

“I initially made a mistake on the Phone# on my sign, I called back the next morning and got it change, they sent me a new print ready file with the corrections, I reviewed and approved both verbally and be email to proceed with print. The next day I checked my order, it still showed the incorrect Phone#, I called AGAIN! and was assured everything was ok. On 9/23 I received the shipping notification, it had the correct phone # so I thought everything was good. I received my order, the phone # was incorrect!!!! Now I have spent 1/2 on the phone this morning and I guess they have to do another print ready file by tommorrow, then I will approve, along with I need to go take pictures of all the incorrect signs and email this back! What a hassle. Sam 206-915-3054”
