“I CANT EXPRESS how AMAZING this companies customer service is. I order some yard signs a few weeks for the FIRST TIME EVER. When I received the signs the customer I did the order for wasn’t happy with the red not being very bold and there was some sort of square printed box around the design. I didn’t call or necessarily complain bc the customer was OK but not AS HAPPY as I wanted him to be. So I just did a simple review like I’m doing now, NEVER with intentions of the great service I ended up getting. The next day I got an email from this companies CR dept stating they were concerned about my review and wanted to fix this issue. So they sent me A COMETE NEW SET of the signs I had originally ordered with NO SQUARE around the design. Then they were also able to make the red print BRIGHTER which I didn’t even know was possible. Me being a new sign shop, I’m thinking Red is red, bc that’s not the case. This gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to correct the issue, and even though it was really MY MISTAKE with this order and not knowing about color profiles and getting the right color matches from other companies, like this one. But he didn’t blink an eye of hesitation of NOT wanting to make MY EXPERIENCE the best which in turn will allow MY CUSTOMER the best experience BC HE HAS NO IDEA HE IS GETTING THESE NEW SIGNS. I CANT WAIT til they come this week, so I can call and let him know he can come pick up his NEW SET yard signs! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT WORK”
