“I Have been using your sign company for years and had no problems with the quality of the signs. however one of my recent orders showed up and I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the signs. they looked nothing like the ones that I approved for printing. I ordered 50 Of them and it cost me a substantial amount of my marketing budget, I regret to say that I no longer will be using your services. I like to buy signs aver quarter and I have since tried a few other serves other than yours and achieved the same quality as your company for a fraction more. I will be terminating my acct with you guys unless some resolution is made. I would be very pleased if you guys reach out to me in hopes of resolving the problem. Thank you very much!”
