“While we had to do some back and forth about the website and design, the customer service people I spoke with and had e-mail exchanges were very nice. The sign is not at clear as I would have expected given the exchanges however, it is overall fair to good. The website is a bit clunky and it is not easy to edit your project after payment has been sent. However, I did really appreciate the customer service agents who helped me understand some of the confusing instructions. Perhaps a "saved project" area for a customer would be helpful? In any case, we have our signs and the kids like them. Thank you.”
