“The process of designing the posters online was easy. I ordered the 12 posters Tuesday, paid for expedited processing and overnight shipping, and they arrived two days later at 1:00 pm Thursday. They look great, with bright colors and sharp print. We used them to decorate our Raging Granny float in the Santa Fe Fiesta parade last weekend, during which we sang our protest songs along the route. We really made a statement! One of these pictures shows one side of the float before we got in it, and the iother picture shows us in the float just before the parade started, when Senator Ben Ray Lujan stopped by to say hi, and we sang him a song. And now I get to re-use the signs at prrotests and rallies coing up!”

“I placed my 4th order for campaign signs on Friday the 21st with $165 for overnight shipping, needed them for an event Friday and Saturday. I get a call on Saturday the 22nd with a question about artwork. I said no change, just print them, I have a deadline and asked if they were still going to be delivered overnight, I was told yes, they will be delivered 8/25. 8/25 comes and stakes are delivered but no signs, I call, since the delay for artwork, the signs will be in 8/27. I expressed my conversation last Saturday and ‘too bad’ it is what it is. 8/27 comes, no delivery, “package arrived at facility after driver left” tried calling FedEx but obviously no help so called crazy and they repeat the same thing the FedEx notice says. I ask for a refund because now I don’t have my signs for Friday, she says to call Friday to make sure it isn’t delivered. I look at FedEx notice on Friday and it says the same exact message as Thursday. I call crazy for the refund and I only get 1/2 because I did get the stakes on time! I didn't need stakes, I needed signs!! I call FedEx at 10:30 am and the signs again are not on the truck and an actual person physically saw my package still there so I tell them I’m driving 53 miles to pick them up for Saturday, I have no time for games. Half way there, I get a message my package should be delivered by 8pm. I didn’t care, I still went and verified personally they they are going be delivered. I did get the delivery at 3:30 so my Friday event was a bust but Saturday went good. Needless to say, my 4th order of signs was my final with Crazy Cheap Political Signs. We have a very large social media presence and this interaction will be posted due to Very poor customer service. I will from now pay more for Vistaprint, which is another story about a QR code not working, they stayed on the phone, fixed the issue and overnighted for free and said to keep the originals, That is customer service!!!”
