“A lot of the course is common sense but the seriousness of some of the illnesses that can occur due to poor food safty and poor hygeine was very useful.”

“I needed this qualification for serving tea, coffee, cakes and occasionally sausage rolls at Church and Village Hall events. I do now know what we should and should not be doing. Though parts aimed at professionals were not relevant to me, I nevertheless found it interesting and informative and it has got me thinking about good practice in my own home!”
