We are sorry to hear that the course was not as you expected, all our courses are online so therefore we don't offer any practical training. If you would like to get in touch with customer services we will be able to look into the photos you believe are showing illegal usage, all our courses are CPD certified by the CPD certification service and we have all our courses checked. “Overly long with tonnes of information that could have been halved, plus the website crashing or not loading for hours(I took pictures ) ! Would not use again”
