“Informative, however the slides for some reason played the sound twice so every single slide I had to cancel one of the sounds, as I had stereo each time, which was a bit annoying”

“For beginners with no understanding of PTSD this is a very insightful and well constructed course that makes is clear and concise. However, there is a lack of support for those who have PTSD themselves and have been asked to complete the course. It would be helpful to have a care note at the start for this group of students. Otherwise it was a very well written course.”

“The course was easy to navigate. You could stop and save when moving through the modules to come back later. Good basic information. I have a Mental Health First Aider qualification but wanted to focus on PTSD a little more without doing a full on practitioners course. I chose to have the units read out by a narrator as well as reading it and I would have liked you to use a different persons/peoples voice/voices for when the quotes were read out as it was the same voice through the whole course and became a little monotonous. Overall it was easy to do, some of the content wasn't new to me but I did still learn some valuable information.”

“Value for money. An enlightening course, lots of information. I like the option to have it read out loud, so you listen aswell as read, should you wish to do so, I think you remember more than way.”
