“It was information but I do think some images would be useful for people who have never done a 1st aid course. Also videos showing the recovery position and cpr would be better than trying to work out what is being described.”

“For the most part the First Aid course was engaging and accurate. However, when it came to nosebleeds the course is not direct in which approach to adopt. In the course it states that a nosebleed will need to be treated in hospital in the event that it lasts longer than 30 minutes. However, when it came to the assessment at the end of the course the multiple choice question did not include 30 minutes as a possible answer, with the option that displayed the highest amount of minutes being 15 minutes. I selected 15 minutes since this was most closely related in time and it stated this was the correct answer. In which case one of the timings on the course is incorrect and requires review to ensure adequate training.”
