“A good course, however there were some inconsistencies with the information provided on the slides and completing the final 'quiz' where information taken from slides were deemed as incorrect answers.”

“Lots of really informative info particularly around legislations and H&S but I would of liked to have seen more detail of patient care - Wounds/bleeds and fractures etc etc. Some videos would have been good. Not very interactive tbh, just lots to read. You will never beat a practical session when it comes to First Aid!!”

“After most of the pages you are required to click 'complete' which I did. However, the course did not move to the next page automatically (it did a few times). More often than not a message came up saying - you have skipped along too far. You much complete the course in the correct order. you cannot skip forward etc etc. There was a button to return to the course home page but often did not work and I had to manually go back. Very tedious and consequently took forever and was very frustrating. I couldn't recommend it to others in this form.”
