“Very thorough walkthrough of the equality act and the protected characteristics. Sadly it was delivered rather formally and not very engaging. I would have liked more case studies and interaction to bring the act as well as equality and diversity to life. The final course quiz was pretty hard to pass as relied on an encyclopedic knowledge of dates, numbers etc rather than practical examples.”
