“This was a great course for me to do. I run a support group at work and we have a menopause policy in place but wanted to learn more and understand what else I can do and what my company can do to support women at this stage of life. I’ve learnt a lot with things to reflect on and decide what else we can implement to benefit employees even more”

“I enjoyed the course and it gave me an insight into the menopause, as I had a relatively trouble free time in mine. It also gave me ideas of what I can do to put help in place for women in my work place when they do start theirs.”
