“All the programme units are set out well and easy to use and understand, definintly work doing the courses on offer, hopefully more programmes will be on offer such as Archive and Records Management course and also IT Skills for all Office 365.”

“I think there was too much to emphasis on dates for Acts, or how many sections they had instead of questions on the actual GDPR understanding.”

“Gave me a framework to understand how the law deals with data for an organisation to grapple with. I'd feel confident that I had the basics going forward in trying to set up my own business or taking a position working with data and being legally compliant. I have little training in law but I do have experience of things like attending workplace safety. I came away with a better understanding of what is required from me due to this course than I have those others.”

“A question in the final Quiz asked who the current IC is. The available answers were all incorrect. Also, when clicking the button to move onto the next section, several times it brought me back to the same section that I'd just read. I liked the 'progress' tab on the contents page of the course. But I would also like to see this in each chapter to know how much more is coming. Finally, it would have been helpful to have some communication in advance at roughly how long the course takes to plan the time appropriately.”

“Mostly ok. The mini quizzes were pretty pointless- answers were always 'true' or 'all of the above', and all entirely guessable without reading the course. The final test contained information that is not necesary for GDPR understanding, such as the names of articles. By the way, several of these were incorrect (suggest you revisit artical 37!), including the name of the Information Commissioner, the 'correct' answer retired in 2021! Please review and keep updated!”
