“The course on the whole was very thorough, and well put together. There were however several spelling mistakes and design/presentation problems. For example, varying audio levels from slide to slide, and slide 2 did not play audio for its transcript, only repeating the audio from slide 1. The flow of the voiceover was incorrect, with the reader not paying attention to the structure of the sentence. Audio was cutoff prematurely, or continued where no text was available.”

“This was a very instructive session which covered most of the topics I had learned on previous training. Perhaps more case studies would have helped to contextualise some of the points that were made. It is a long training process but it needs to be as the issue is so important and it is necessary to be fully aware of all aspects. As a teacher, I wonder of some activity with different formatting might lighten the load a bit e.g. word definition matching exercises or cloze activities perhaps some videos. Anyway, I appreciate this opportunity to renew my certificate. Keep up the good work.”
