“As I had been reading all the sections I got to the final quiz and halfway through I lost the whole questionnaire. After making a phone call the man said he could not help. I came off to retrieve the questions again. And after a few attempts, I finally got them back and finished and passed.!!! A very stressful morning but the course was very interesting.”

“I know this is a necessary and multi-modal approach, but there's a lot of repetition and confusion in how this is written. You have so many typos in the course, it becomes very disconcerting for anyone with OCD traits also. In the tests there's too much stress on irrelevant details like dates and specific wordings when the message, hazards, actions and protocols should be the important things to take away from this course. Government required courses like this always seem to put more emphasis on their timings and process of application and how something is put into law, than the application and use of the policies they create. We just need to know how to do our jobs by best practice and who to contact when we need to refer or request assistance.”

“Very informative and interesting, but at over 2 hours (including writing brief notes to use with students in class) VERY long. The mini quiz questions were all TRUE, so I think there could be some variation here to make it more challenging and less predictable. I do understand that you have to balance this with getting students through the study module.”
