“I found the course helpful in as much as I have taken on the role of IPC officer at work. Although I thought some of the information wasn't current. One example being on hand washing there are 12 steps and the course only presented 11. Some of the COVID information wasn't current to 2025. On the whole I enjoyed the course and it has helped me feel confident in my IPC role at work.”
