“Every module you had to load a video, when a simple pdf would have been quicker and easier to process. The time taken to do the course would be dramatically reduced without the videos.”

“Some of the questions are double negative and can unfortunately catch you out. Shocked at some things that are considered sexual harrassment. The definition of harassment is "illegal behaviour towards a person that causes mental or emotional suffering, which includes repeated unwanted contacts without a reasonable purpose, insults, threats, touching, or offensive language:" This training course taught me that to ask someone if they are married is sexual harassment, however this should not in turn cause someone to suffer - if they do suffer they must be extremely sensitive to something. There is nothing sexual in asking that in my opinion.”

“This was a well laid out course and easy to follow but extremely disappointing to find at least one 'made up' answer which appears to have been the answer that suited whomever made the course!? The answer I thought was correct was confirmed by researching online and confirmed I was correct in that it is predominantly WOMEN at risk of sexual harassment from men and not ' Men, women and all of the LGBTQ community'!!!!!! The course itself was good, ticked a box but very, very long winded Certificate on completion through the post a nice touch and unexpected. Overall would recommend but disappointed in the seemingly correct answers which seem more like they've been added to appear inclusive rather than a true answer”

“Very informative but some of the questions in the quizzes were very confusing in the way they were worded! Had to take lots of notes to make sense of it at times. Lots of double meanings in the questions and not very clear.”
