“I thoroughly enjoyed this course, it was set out in a way that I could understand and the small quizzes after each module gave me confidence to pass. I liked that you did not have the pressure of only having so many chances, as you really do need to know and understand the role of a Mental Health First Aider. i feel confident and very pleased.”

“Very pleased to find I could pass the end-of-course quiz using common sense responses, as well as remembering some technical terms. I definitely did not retain very well some of the technical terms. Felt you would want to know about some spelling errors I noted - pique used for peak, alternately used where the meaning is alternatively, callouses for calluses and clambering where the meaning is "a clamour of voices making demands", and a common one, directly, where direct is the intended meaning. This is a consequence of the fact that I write for my job and so I spot these things, and I hope these are helpful.”
