“While generally useful, some confusion within section on what a high risk food is. High risk food is food that will not undergo any further process to render it safe e.g. Cooked meat, sandwiches, salad etc. Raw meat etc is NOT a high risk food when looking at definitions in food law”

To clarify, high-risk food refers to food that will not undergo any further processes to make it safe, such as cooked meat, sandwiches, salads, and others. On the other hand, raw meat, among other items, is not considered a high-risk food when considering the definitions stated in food law.
