“The course is very informative and could help any setting create thorough policies around supporting choices, duty of care, storage, administering and disposing of medicines. The quizzes focus far too much on remembering which Act from which year where that doesn't feel like the key information that attention should be drawn to. Yes, these things need to be referred to in policies and training, but there are a lot more vital issues that need to be fully ingrained in order to set up proper support and procedures.”

“This is the second time I have completed the training, instead of doing a new course I was expected to enrol on the previous course, everything was marked as completed already which made it difficult to keep track of where I was within the training, I didn't complete the test at the end, it just handed out the certificate, overall, very disappointing.”
