“It gave me an insite of anxiety. Im a driving instructor and have quite a few pupils with anxiety. This coarse will help me understand and help them along there journey”

“An informative course, interesting in general but also useful when reflecting on ones own situation/reactions and how to improve on our own self-help strategies. Useful when working with others for a recap/ better understanding be it when working with students or colleagues. Didn't take too long to complete, enjoyed the quizes in between.”
