“Your certificate has everything AND PLUS of what a carer needs to know. Doing this certificate is an extremely laborious task and is a huge obstacle to getting it done hence getting a job in the care industry. My opinion is: It needs to be made very simple, but should contain what is really important for a carer to know. Repeating topics should be avoided. Thank you.”
