The Care Certificate is designed to provide the foundational skills and knowledge required for anyone entering the health and social care sector. It covers 15 standards, ranging from understanding your role to ensuring the safety and dignity of those you care for. The course content was comprehensive and well-organized. Each standard was clearly defined, with learning objectives that were relevant. Topics such as safeguarding, infection prevention, and person-centered care were covered in great detail. I particularly appreciated the focus on communication skills, which emphasized how to interact with vulnerable individuals in a compassionate and respectful.”
