“I found this course to be extremely helpful. It takes you through the background of CBT, the way it is applied, various treatment methods along with some case studies. It contains 5 units which took me a while to work through as I like to make notes, but it was a valuable course and I feel I learned alot from doing it. I will be looking at some other course, for my CPD through this platform, I also like that you get a certificate which is great for performance reviews etc.”

“very easy to follow easy to understant, i particually liked the read aspect which for me made it easier to take in, also the short quizes at the end of each module confirmed that i had actually taken in what i had read”
