“This was a very accessible and extremely helpful course. Being a new staff member to our organisation and developing a new team, we must have a solid equitable baseline knowledge to support one another and create a culture of mutual respect and understanding. We were all at different starting points and this grounded us and helped me as a manager to identify where there are gaps in staff knowledge. Very easy to access and not too 'painful' as some e-learning can be! Thank you”
