“Good Custer service is often as important as the product itself. Having spent a lot of money on a battery upgrade, a problem with it was worrying. However fantastic service and quick replacement was very much appreciated. No problems with new battery at all, and I am sure that the previous one was just one of those things that can happen occasionally. Having the reassurance of good customer service though makes me likely to use County Bikes again.”
