“According to the booklet this should do 20 miles on maximum. It does 8 miles. The battery remains red and never goes to green to signal completion. When they looked at it despite being new the battery only had 90% health. After supposedly fixing it the charging still stays on red. After looking at it once and all the toing and froing they are refusing to just replace the battery and are spending way more time and money on emails, sending DHL boxes to send rather than replace. It cost £125. Makes me wonder if the reason for this is that when I get a new one the performance will be equally bad.”
