“I had to go to the cycle/controller manufacturer to find a local cycle shop/workshop who could diagnose and fix the problem I had in that the electric drive stopped working. They put me in touch very promptly with County eBikes who diagnosed the problem ordered a new controller and replacced the old one.
The eBikes staff were great to work with on this and the other aspects reviewed here”
