“The service I received at County-ebikes was outstanding! I asked for advice from them because my e-bike was 8 years old and the battery range had degraded significantly. I was considering buying a new bike. However Ed at County e-bikes suggested I have my existing battery refurbished instead. He explained that my current bike was really good quality and it would be a shame to get rid of it. I was impressed because, after all, County e-Bikes is in the business of selling bikes!
So, the battery was refurbished with new cells and battery management system and the result is as good as new! I can keep my bike with years more use out of it. Brian at County e-Bikes gave it a full service as well and I am delighted with the outcome.”
