“This top is big. It was too big for me in my usual size. I returned the item on the Saturday and requested the next size down. The replacement arrived the following Wednesday. This is exemplary service. It is so easy to take the parcel to my local post office and for no charge send it, and then the replacement arrive in four days one of which was a Sunday. The top is as always excellent quality. Thank you.”
