“I wrongly ordered Size 12 thinking they'd fit. They of course didn't and I sent them back for a 14. Chloe Gordon dealt with me marvellously, as the parcel wasn't scanned, so I didn't have proof of posting from Holsworthy, and my pants arrived today and I am thrilled with them.
